Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g dark chocolate
- 125 g almond flakes
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 egg whites
- 120 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
for approx. 40 pieces
Grate the chocolate and mix it with the almond flakes, cocoa, and cinnamon. Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until fluffy and glossy. Fold in the chocolate mixture. Place small mounds on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 130°C (top/bottom heat) on the second rack from the bottom for about 15 minutes.
