Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g cake (brownies without almonds)
  • 400 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla flavor)
  • whipped cream
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with brownies, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream

Crumble the brownies into small pieces and place them in a blender; make sure they don’t contain almonds. My brownie recipe is perfect for this, but you can also make it in a tall bowl with an immersion blender. Now add the milk to the brownies and blend thoroughly until you have a nice chocolate milk. Then pour the milk into two large glasses. Top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve the shake with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of cocoa powder, and a straw.
