Green smoothie with fruit

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 300 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 100 g spinach or baby spinach
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 large pear(s), ripe
  • 2 small bananas, ripe
  • 1 large sweet apple, approx. 300 g
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 liter still water
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil or linseed oil
  • 1 tsp powder (Bitterliebe), optional

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the vegetables, lettuce, pear, and apple, briefly rinse the raspberries, and peel the banana. Chop everything into small pieces. For the apple and pear, only the stem and blossom need to be removed. Alternate between the vegetables and the apple in a blender; I use a blender. Add water and blend on high for about 2 minutes, or select the Green Smoothie program. Then add the oil and, if desired, Bitterliebe, and blend again for 5 seconds. This amount needs to be prepared for several servings. I always put the individual servings into a large pot and stir well again. Then bottle or enjoy immediately. The smoothie will keep in the refrigerator for 3 days. Makes a total of about 3 liters.
