Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

ideal for daycare and playgroup, enough for 24 mini muffins

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a muffin tin for 24 mini muffins or prepare 24 small paper baking cups. Cream together eggs, butter, and sugar until fluffy. Combine cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder and stir briefly. Spoon a full teaspoon of batter into each cup. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 12 minutes. Let cool, dust with powdered sugar, or decorate as desired.
