Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 125 ml syrup (peppermint syrup)
  • 50 g chocolate shavings, dark
  • 2 drops of food coloring, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the cream with crème fraîche, green food coloring, and peppermint syrup and pour into an ice cream maker. When the mixture begins to freeze, sprinkle in the chocolate shavings.
