Ingredients for 6 servings:
- Butter, for the molds
- Sugar, for the molds
- 100 g chocolate, at least 60% cocoa content
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 130 g sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tsp rum
- 40 g flour
- 40 g hazelnuts, ground
- 6 chocolate candies with caramel filling
- 2 tsp powdered sugar

Grease 6 ovenproof cups or ramekins (150 ml capacity), sprinkle with sugar, and chill. Chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter over a hot water bath. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt with the whisk of a hand mixer for at least 5 minutes until very creamy. Stir in the chocolate mixture and rum well. Mix the flour and nuts and fold in carefully. Divide the mixture between the ramekins. Press a candy into the center of each ramekin and spread the mixture over the top. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the second rack from the bottom for 12 minutes (fan oven not recommended). Turn the tarts out of the ramekins. Dust with icing sugar and serve. Serve with ice cream.
