Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g marshmallow(s)
  • 1 kg powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Marshmallow fondant

Melt the marshmallows in the water in the microwave for 1-3 minutes at 600 watts. Stir in the cocoa powder and 500g of powdered sugar with a mixer. Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar. You may need a little less powdered sugar.
