Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 75 g sugar
- 200 g block chocolate
- 200 ml cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 25 minutes
the simple variant
Whisk the eggs and sugar until the cream is almost white. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath (do not boil!). Remove the chocolate cream from the heat and gradually stir in the egg mixture. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and fold in. Let it set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
