Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g Gouda, grated
- 3 tsp sour cream
- 2 m.-sized eggs

For the base, mix Gouda, sour cream, and eggs until smooth and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 190°C, then add your desired toppings and bake for another 10 minutes. For my pizza, I chose just salami and cheese on one side, and salami, peppers, mozzarella, and Gouda on the other.
