Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 g chocolate, dark
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 ½ dl flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mutakakku
Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Stir in the melted chocolate, then add the flour and baking powder. Bake in a pie dish or springform pan at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. As the name suggests, the cake is mushy on the inside—this is intentional. It tastes best served warm, and goes well with vanilla ice cream.
