Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 110 g butter, melted and cooled
- 2 large eggs
- 240 ml milk or cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract, or 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 260 g flour, smooth
- 135 g white sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 170 g chocolate, cooking chocolate or milk chocolate

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. In another large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips. Using a spatula, stir the wet ingredients, along with the butter, into the dry ingredients. Stir gently, but don’t overmix, or the muffins will become hard. Pour into muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15-20 minutes.
