Chocolate muffins from the air fryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 100 g chocolate drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

easy and fast

Mix the first three ingredients well. Beat the egg with a fork or whisk and stir in the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate chips. Then stir in the flour mixture, but only until the dry ingredients are moistened. It’s okay if there are small lumps in the batter. Fill the muffin tins halfway, press the chocolate chips into the center of the batter, and fill with the remaining batter. Bake the muffins in an air fryer at 170°C for about 20 minutes. After baking, wait until the muffins are almost cool and remove them from the tins. Decorate the muffins as desired and enjoy. I used silicone molds.
