Ingredients
 

  • 140 gr Whole milk couverture
  • 5 Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 120 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 9 piece Giotto balls
  • 1 tbsp Sifted powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Melt the whole milk couverture in a saucepan over a hot water bath. Mix the eggs and sugar. Mix the flour and baking soda, mix with the eggs and sugar. Add the butter to the whole milk couverture and let it melt.
  • Put the 6 silicone molds in a muffin tray and fill them with the batter, fill the remaining 3 silicone molds with the batter. Press a Giotto ball into the batter. Chocolate muffins with a Giotto core in a preheated oven at 190 ° C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
