Ingredients
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 220 g Flour
- 60 g Desiccated coconut
- 130 g Brown sugar
- 125 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2,5 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 14 tsp Nutella
Instructions
- Finely grate the chocolate, mix in a bowl with desiccated coconut, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and cocoa powder.
- In a second bowl, stir together the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar and buttermilk using the hand mixer. Stir in the flour mixture until everything has combined.
- 14 Fill the silicone molds with a little batter so that the base is covered. Put 1 teaspoon of Nutella on top and cover with the rest of the batter. Bake the muffins in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool and decorate with a dollop of Nutella if you like .
