Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 220 g Flour
  • 60 g Desiccated coconut
  • 130 g Brown sugar
  • 125 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 14 tsp Nutella

Instructions
 

  • Finely grate the chocolate, mix in a bowl with desiccated coconut, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and cocoa powder.
  • In a second bowl, stir together the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar and buttermilk using the hand mixer. Stir in the flour mixture until everything has combined.
  • 14 Fill the silicone molds with a little batter so that the base is covered. Put 1 teaspoon of Nutella on top and cover with the rest of the batter. Bake the muffins in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool and decorate with a dollop of Nutella if you like .
