Chocolate Noodles with Beef Goulash

Ingredients
 

For the sauce

  • 800 g Beef goulash
  • 500 ml Meatsoup
  • 300 g Red peppers
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 400 g Peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 70 g Dark chocolate
  • 40 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 piece Cloves
  • 1 piece Cinnamon stick

For the pasta

  • 500 g Chocolate noodles
  • 2 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the paprika and carrots, peel the carrots and cut both into small pieces
  • Fry the beef goulash with the oil in the pan. Once all sides are seared, add the beef stock, carrots, balsamic vinegar, cloves and cinnamon stick. Cover and cook for 50 minutes. Since you should remove the cloves later, it is advisable to put them in a tea bag.
  • Add paprika, diced tomatoes and cream and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove the cloves and cinnamon sticks and season with salt, pepper and the dark chocolate.
  • Cook the chocolate noodles in sugar water and cocoa powder for 7 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta water and serve the chocolate noodles with the goulash.
