Ingredients
- 1100 g 1000 - 1100 g beef goulash
- 600 g Onions
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Can Tomatoes finely chopped 400 g
- 1 Glass Sliced mushrooms 200 g drained weight
- 2 Branches Rosemary
- 600 ml Beef broth (3 teaspoons instant)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 4 tbsp Ajvar
- 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Milk
- 500 g Croissant noodles
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Cut the meat into approx. 3 cm cubes. Peel and dice the onions. Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a large, tall pan and fry the meat vigorously. Add onion cubes and stir-fry briefly. Add tomato paste (2 tbsp) and stir-fry / stir-fry. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and sprigs of rosemary. Season with salt (1 teaspoon), sweet paprika (1 teaspoon), pepper (½ teaspoon), ajvar (4 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (2 tbsp.) And sugar (1 tbsp. Cook / simmer for 5 hours with the lid closed. After about 1 hour of cooking, add the mushrooms and remove the rosemary sprigs. Finally stir in milk (100 ml) and bring to the boil again briefly. In the meantime, cook the croissant noodles in salted water (1 teaspoon) until al dente, drain and toss in oil (2 teaspoons) in a hot saucepan. Serve the pasta with the beef goulash. Alternatively, add the noodles to the pan, mix well and serve.
