Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 medium egg yolk
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 50 g sugar
- 200 g chocolate
- 133 g nougat
- 250 ml cream
- 1.33 sheets of gelatin
- 2 pear(s) (Williams-Christ pears) from the can
- 100 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Beat the egg yolks, egg, and sugar in a double boiler until rose-like. Whip the cream until stiff and stir in the softened and squeezed gelatin. Melt the white chocolate and nougat and mix everything together. Freeze for at least 2 hours. For the decoration: Drain 4 Williams Christ pear halves. Whip 50 ml of cream until stiff and fill a piping bag. Place a pear half on each parfait and pipe a whipped cream border.
