Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream, sour cream or yogurt
- 1 cup flour, non-slip
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup hazelnuts, ground
- ½ cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without weighing
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the sour cream into a mixing bowl, rinse and dry the bowl, and use it to measure the other ingredients. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer. Grease the baking pan and dust with breadcrumbs or flour. Pour in the cake batter and bake for about 45 minutes.
