Chocolate Nut Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa (Nesquik or other)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 200 g nuts, ground
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some bitter almond flavor
  • e.g. rum (not for children!)
  • possibly cake icing
  • Sweets, Smarties, sprinkles etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 12 minutes

Mix all the batter ingredients together one at a time. Pour the batter into any desired pan and bake at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit for a fan-assisted oven) for 50-60 minutes. Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions and spread it over the cooled cake. Decorate with Smarties, sprinkles, or other toppings.
