Chocolate-nut-caramel Cake
The perfect chocolate-nut-caramel cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Caramel syrup
- 1 Cup Oil
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 150 g Hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 TA Milk
- 100 g Desiccated coconut
- Grease the box shape and sprinkle with semolina (or hazelnuts). Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
- Mix the eggs, sugar, caramel syrup and oil well, mix the flour with the baking powder, cocoa and hazelnuts and add to the sugar-egg-oil mixture alternately with the milk, and finally pull the chocolate shavings underneath.
- Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
- When it has cooled down, sprinkle with powdered sugar or, as I did, cover with a nut glaze.
