Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g dark chocolate coating
- 250 g butter
- 6 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g dark chocolate coating
- 25 g butter
- 80 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Sheet cake
Melt the chocolate coating for the pastry with the butter and let cool slightly. Beat the eggs in a bowl for 4 minutes, add the sugar, and beat until smooth. Fold in the chocolate-butter mixture. Now stir in the dry ingredients. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes. Do the toothpick test! In the meantime, melt the chocolate coating for the icing with the butter and cream and spread it evenly over the still-hot cake.
