Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp baking cocoa
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 3 tbsp almonds, ground
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp liqueur (cherry rum)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Low carb, with coconut flakes, for 6 muffins
Cream the butter with the sweetener and sugar until fluffy, then gradually beat in the eggs. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
