Low-carb protein ice cream yogurt & cherry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 30 g protein powder (yogurt & cherry flavor)
  • some sweetener
  • possibly fruits for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and then pour into the ice cream maker for 20-30 minutes. If you like, garnish the ice cream with fruit.
