Chocolate – Nut – Stars

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 100 g sugar, fine brown
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g margarine or butter
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 150 g nougat (nut nougat)
  • 50 g chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sift flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything with a hand mixer (dough hook), first on the lowest speed and then on the highest speed, until you have a smooth dough. Wrap the sticky dough in cling film and chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out stars, and place them on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Top/bottom heat: about 200°C (preheated) Fan: about 180°C (preheated) Gas mark 3-4 (preheated) Baking time: about 8 minutes Pull the stars, including the baking paper, onto a kitchen rack and allow to cool. Heat the nut nougat in a bain-marie and stir until smooth. Spread the underside of the stars with it and put two together. Decorate the tops with melted chocolate, if desired.
