easy preparation, also for baking with children

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and the softened butter, cut into small pieces. Mix with a dough hook and then knead thoroughly by hand until you have a smooth, smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for at least two hours. After the resting time, preheat the oven to 175°C. Meanwhile, remove the dough from the refrigerator and knead thoroughly until it is workable. Don’t overknead, or it will become sticky. Roll out on a floured surface and cut out cookies as desired. Add a little flour if necessary. Bake in the lower part of the preheated oven at 175°C for 9-11 minutes. The finished cookies will still be slightly soft when pressed with your finger. After cooling, you can decorate them as desired, e.g., with icing, chocolate, etc.
