simple and quick preparation

Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and fry in a pan. Then place the schnitzels in the oven at 80 degrees Celsius to keep warm. Finely chop the onion and fry in a large pan until lightly browned. Add the cream, season with salt, pepper, and Maggi, and bring to a boil. If the sauce is too spicy, add a splash of milk. Optionally, whisk in caramel coloring until the sauce is nice and dark. Thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener. Add the schnitzels to the pan and let them simmer for a few minutes before serving. Potatoes go well with it.
