Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark, 20% fat
  • ½ orange(s)
  • 8 tbsp cane sugar
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 50 g milk chocolate
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine the quark with the grated orange zest, sugar, and cinnamon. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and stir it into the quark mixture. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the chocolate mixture. Serve the dessert in four to six bowls. (If the main course is substantial, serve six.) Refrigerate. Garnish with halved orange slices before serving.
