Chocolate Pancakes Cake

The perfect chocolate pancakes cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
  • 30 g Liquid butter
  • 300 g Flour
  • 360 g Oreo biscuits
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Berries fresh
  • Whipped cream
  1. Separate the eggs.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and beat a little more.
  3. Add the egg yolks, milk, vanilla flavor and butter and stir in.
  4. Separate the oreos, scrape off the filling. Finely chop the oreo biscuits in a blender and stir into the dough with the flour.
  5. Bake a ladle of batter with a tablespoon of oil in a pan on both sides.
  6. Stack the pancakes and garnish with chocolate sauce, fresh berries and whipped cream.
