Fluffy Pancakes
The perfect fluffy pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 300 ml Milk
- 3 Pc. Egg yolk
- 120 g Liquid butter
- 4 Pc. Protein
- Cold butter
- Maple syrup
- Berries fresh
- Mix the flour with the baking powder. In a second bowl, whisk the milk with the three egg yolks and the melted butter. Add to the flour and mix into a dough.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold into the dough.
- Heat a small non-stick pan and add two to three tablespoons of batter.
- Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
- Stack the pancakes on top of each other and serve with a little cold butter, maple syrup and fresh berries.
