Fluffy Pancakes

The perfect fluffy pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 120 g Liquid butter
  • 4 Pc. Protein
  • Cold butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Berries fresh
  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder. In a second bowl, whisk the milk with the three egg yolks and the melted butter. Add to the flour and mix into a dough.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold into the dough.
  3. Heat a small non-stick pan and add two to three tablespoons of batter.
  4. Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
  5. Stack the pancakes on top of each other and serve with a little cold butter, maple syrup and fresh berries.
