Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 240 ml vegetable oil
- 240 ml water
- 80 g peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 100 g chocolate, vegan (dark chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients (except the dark chocolate). Add the oil and water and mix well. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread evenly. Spread the peanut butter on top and mix with a fork until it resembles marbled dough. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and drizzle over the chocolate with a spoon. Once the chocolate has cooled, cut into squares.
