Chocolate Peanut Butter Gugls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g dark chocolate, chopped, or chocolate drops
  • 40 g peanut butter
  • 40 g butter
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 45 ml water
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 g ground almonds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

without flour

Combine everything in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Make sure there are no pieces of butter in the batter. Set the oven to 210°C (top/bottom heat) and grease the bundt pan. I use non-stick spray. Divide the batter evenly among all the bundt pans and bake in the oven for 13 minutes.
