  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 200 g crunchy peanut butter
  • 125 g sugar, white
  • 125 g raw cane sugar, brown
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 75 g dark chocolate, chopped or dark chocolate drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Mix the butter and peanut butter together until smooth. Add the sugar, brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar and stir in. Add the egg and beat until fluffy. Sprinkle the flour over the dough and continue stirring. Stir in the dark chocolate. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of dough onto a baking sheet (leaving space between each heap, as they will melt). Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat) and bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven). Remove from the oven as soon as they begin to brown and let cool.
