Ingredients for 18 servings:
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 180 g sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 60 ml oil
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g peanut butter (crunchy)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Combine the vanilla sugar, chocolate chips, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar, along with the remaining wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms. Divide the batter into muffin cups. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake muffins for about 20 minutes (test with a toothpick) until golden brown. Serves about 18.
