Chocolate-pistachio pastries

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 200 g butter, cold, in small pieces
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 75 g pistachios, very finely ground
  • 200 g butter, cold, in small pieces
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Make a dough from the ingredients and let it rest for a while in the refrigerator. Then roll each dough out on a floured surface to a thickness of 4 mm. Using a cookie cutter of your choice, cut out cookies from each dough. Cut out a smaller cookie shape from the center of the cookies and alternately insert the shapes. Gently press the pistachio dough into the chocolate dough and vice versa (as described in my recipe for black and white cookies), using your fingertips. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 12-15 minutes (use your own oven’s experience!)
