Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 60 g sugar
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 40 g cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with cocoa

Bring 250 ml of milk to a boil. Meanwhile, combine the remaining milk with the sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch. Slowly add the milk-cocoa mix to the boiling milk, stirring constantly, until everything comes to a boil.
