Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100 g chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine cornstarch and sugar. Take 14 tablespoons of the milk, add it to the cornstarch, and mix. Combine the remaining milk and chocolate in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove the milk from the heat, stir in the cornstarch, and bring the milk back to a boil briefly. Ladle into bowls and let cool.
