Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¼ liter coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 tsp, leveled agar-agar
- 3 tsp baking cocoa
- 1 ½ tsp Stevia or sweetener to taste

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Vegan, low-carb
Stir the agar agar and cocoa into the coconut milk and bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in additional flavoring (e.g., vanilla, chili, or orange) and sweetener, if desired. Then pour into 2 containers and, after cooling briefly, refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve with a low-carb cream topping.
