Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 20 g vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 16 g coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sift the cornstarch and cocoa powder and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Use only half of this mixture for the pudding, i.e., 85g. Make the pudding: To prepare, weigh out half of the powder, dissolve it in 500g of milk with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour into bowls or glasses and garnish with whipped cream, if desired. Save the rest for the next pudding. The powder also makes a great gift in a decorative glass jar.
