Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 g chocolate (e.g. block chocolate)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (chocolate powder e.g. drinking chocolate)
- 60 g cornstarch
- n. B. sweetener or sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
a delicious dessert – without a bag
Melt the chocolate and whisk it with 1/4 liter of milk. Stir the chocolate powder and cornstarch into the chocolate milk. Meanwhile, bring the remaining milk to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the chocolate milk and bring back to a boil. Sweeten to taste with sweetener or sugar. Ladle the pudding into bowls, let it cool, and perhaps serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
