Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bar of chocolate (block chocolate)
- 500 ml milk
- 40 g cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Roughly chop the chocolate. Bring the milk to a boil and melt the chocolate in it. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold milk and pour it into the chocolate milk while stirring. Pour the hot pudding into a bowl or molds and let it cool. Decorate with cream or vanilla sauce before serving. Turn out if desired.
