Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 20 g vanilla sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Sift the cornstarch and cocoa powder and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour the powder into a decorative glass jar for gifting. If you’re planning to cook the pudding, weigh half of the powder, dissolve it in 500g of milk and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
