Chocolate Puff Pastries

The perfect chocolate puff pastries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Puff pastry roll
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • Some soy milk
  1. Break the chocolate so that there are always 2 pieces next to each other. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into 8 equal-sized rectangles and brush the edges with milk.
  2. Place 4 pieces of chocolate in the middle of each rectangle. Cover the chocolate pieces with one side of the puff pastry and then place the other side on top. Press the open edges with a fork so that everything is closed and nothing can leak.
  3. Place the puff pastries on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with milk. Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Then let it cool down a bit and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
