Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, from the refrigerated section (approx. 300 grams)
- e.g. Nutella
- 4 tbsp milk
- some cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into approximately 12 triangles. Spread with Nutella and roll each one up from the long side to the tip into a croissant. Press the ends together slightly, then cross them in the middle to form pretzels. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with milk, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted) on the middle rack for approximately 20-25 minutes.
