- 100 g Flour Type 405
- 300 g Flour Type 550
- 21 g yeast
- 70 g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 50 g raisins
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Make a dough from the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and milk and knead thoroughly. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has significantly increased in volume. Knead the raisins and chocolate chips into the dough and let it rise for another 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Using moistened hands (otherwise it will stick), form the dough into evenly sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Tap the balls to test them. When they sound hollow, they are done.
