Pasta salad with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta, cooked
  • ¾ meat sausage (Lyoner)
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • ½ jar of feta cheese, marinated with herbs
  • some salt and pepper
  • herbal salt
  • 1 shot of fruit vinegar, simple
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the cooked pasta in a suitable bowl. Quarter the Lyoner lengthwise and slice. Drain the feta cheese cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Add the Lyoner, feta cheese, and tomatoes to the pasta. Add the mayonnaise and tartar sauce. Season with the spices and vinegar and stir well. This salad pairs perfectly with grilled food. It tastes best when it’s allowed to sit for one to two hours.
