Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 45 g dates
- 15 g oat flakes
- 15 g sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp cocoa
- possibly maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Raw muesli
Soak the dates in water for one hour. Then drain the water and grind the dates in a blender. Add the oats and sunflower seeds. Blend everything briefly until crumbly (but not too dry!). If it’s too dry, add a little water or maple syrup. You can add the crumbs directly to your smoothie bowl or enjoy them as is.
