Chocolate rolls with oat flakes and quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g chocolate drops
  • possibly grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

makes about 8 rolls

Grind the oats into flour. Mix with the baking powder, chocolate chips, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix the quark and egg, add, and knead everything into a dough. Form the dough into eight rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack.
