Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 100 g protein powder, tasteless
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • some oil in a spray bottle

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Weigh the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Knead until the dough is nice and smooth, then shape into a log. Divide the log into 6 equal pieces and flatten slightly. Place in a preheated pan sprayed with oil. Briefly fry on both sides until lightly browned. Then cover and bake for another 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
