Chocolate sauce with water a la Gabi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g chocolate
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 15 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the chocolate, stir in 100 ml of water, and simmer until a thick sauce forms. Mix the cornstarch with a little water, stir into the sauce, and bring to a boil. Stir in the butter. Tip: Serve hot with vanilla or walnut ice cream.
