Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sugar (200 ml)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- ½ pack of cinnamon
- 1 ½ cup(s) milk
- Plum jam or plum jam
- 1 cup cake icing (chocolate), dark

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Add the milk and 3 tablespoons of the plum jam and mix until smooth. Preheat oven to 200°C. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. Immediately spread the hot cake with the remaining jam (3-5 tablespoons) and then cover with chocolate glaze. Let cool slightly. Tip: The base will be rather thin, depending on the baking sheet. If you prefer a higher batter, you can of course also bake the specified amount in a springform pan.
